Situated only 250 meters from the beach and shops, in a quiet and family-friendly seaside resort 10 minutes from Granville, this new 80 m² house offers optimal comfort for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hobs, microwave, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. Outside, a garden lounge, barbecue, and shed await you to fully enjoy the sunny days. During the summer, free activities for children (inflatable structures, giant wooden games, pedal karts, etc.) are offered right in front of the house, as well as a playground. An ideal place for a seaside vacation, combining relaxation and discoveries.
Location
Ideally situated in a family seaside resort, the house is just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the town center, where you will find bakery, restaurants, tobacco shop, and ice cream parlors. In the summer, a local market sets up every Sunday morning just 50 meters away. Nearby, many activities are accessible: the aquatic center 10 km away, the Champrépus zoo 19 km away, and the unmissable Mont-Saint-Michel 45 km away.
Getting around
10 km away, the Granville train station allows you to reach Paris in less than four hours. From the port, embark on an excursion to the Chausey Islands or the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey, perfect for a change of scenery. From early July to late August, a free bus service runs to the beaches around Granville. Line 6 stops right in front of the house, offering a practical alternative to exploring the surroundings without a car.
Your turnkey vacation home
Our vacation home is designed to accommodate up to six people thanks to its three bedrooms. To make you feel at home, we provide bed linen and towels, and the beds are prepared for your arrival. Two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub, complete the sleeping area. Families with young children will appreciate the availability of a baby cot with mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your meals with ease. You will find everything you need, as well as basic products (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, etc.). To make your daily life easier, we also provide dish towels, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and household products.
